Responsible service of alcohol (RSA)

Learn about: the liquor industry, the benefits of responsible service, alcohol facts, how to identify intoxication, serving strategies, how to refuse service, laws concerning underage drinking, packaged liquor laws and function practices.

Australian law requires all staff serving alcohol to complete this accredited unit.

Successful completion of this course will result in a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment listing the unit SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol.
